The Sound is the entry level expression from Isle of Jura's Travel Retail range, all of which feature whisky finished in casks that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry of various ages. Nose : Soft caramel and sultana notes. Burnt oak balanced by floral malt. Palate : Orange syrup, rose petal, cherry and a touch of five-spice. Finish : Chocolatey on the finish, joined by buttered brown bread.
